The 2nd Annual Community Impact Summit "Resilience by Design: Thriving Amid Uncertainty was on October 14th, 2025 at the beautiful TIAA Campus. This summit, hosted by the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce and its Young Professional Committee, focused on empowering individuals to engage meaningfully with local nonprofits during various stages of personal and professional development. The theme emphasized resilience, adaptability, and purpose-driven leadership in the nonprofit sector.
