Screens, Social Media & Self-Worth: Parenting in the Digital Age
Screens, Social Media & Self-Worth: Parenting in the Digital Age
Thursday, February 26, 2026 (4:45 PM - 5:45 PM) (EST)
Description
This three-part series supports parents in moving from reactive tech battles to intentional, values-based digital awareness. Parents will learn how to set boundaries that stick, talk about tech without shame or fear, and protect self-worth in a world of comparison – while staying connected with their child.
Our children (and ourselves) don’t need fixing – nor is it necessary to fear technology – we are here to guide, model, and stay emotionally available.
Facilitated by Tori Gwilt of CLT Counseling and Heathir McElroy of Momentor Parent University.
The Q1 2026 Pilot Series is Complimentary
