On Thursday, August 27, Multrie Ventures will host Mind the Gap: Moving from Expert to Executive, a one-day leadership development experience in Uptown Charlotte designed for professionals who are navigating the shift from strong functional expertise to broader leadership responsibility. The program will focus on several of the capabilities that become increasingly important as leaders grow in responsibility, including enterprise thinking and sound decision making, executive presence, communicating impact to senior leadership and shifting from task execution toward greater strategic contribution.
