This year’s theme, “Intentional Health, Impacts Wealth,” shines a light on the power of self-care and its influence on success for working women. Keynote Speaker: We are pleased to announce Monique LeNoir as our keynote speaker. Ms. LeNoir is a dedicated advocate for health and education equity with over thirty years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, and communications. As the Assistant Vice President of Communications at UNCF, she manages the Branding, Marketing, and Communications Department. Her distinguished professional background will provide valuable insights and foster substantive dialogue. Additionally, Ms. LeNoir is a certified health coach, serves as Executive Director of the African American Wellness Project, and is a board member of the Digital Health Equitable Alliance. 

We are also honored to introduce Dr. Mala A. Freeman-Kwaku, MD, who will be joining us as a guest speaker for the 3rd Annual “Show U Off” luncheon. Dr. Freeman-Kwaku, a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist based in Charlotte, NC, has recently shifted her focus exclusively to Gynecology. With more than two decades of clinical experience, she is respected for her dedication and compassionate patient care. Her expertise and commitment to advancing women's health align well with this year’s theme, “Intentional Health Impacts Wealth.” 

Furthermore, we are proud to acknowledge the 2024 "Show U Off" Grant Recipients, Kara Still and Carmen Dianne, founders of Prosperity Market. Their dedication and leadership have made meaningful contributions to positive change and continue to inspire those committed to advancing women. In addition to recognizing these honorees, we would like to extend our appreciation to our Special Guests and Past Honorees, whose ongoing contributions have significantly benefited our community.
