The Improvly Speaking Coaching sessions are designed to practice speaking skills in a low-stakes way so that when you give the “high-stakes” speech, you crush it and feel great about it afterwards!

The exercises will be designed based on your public speaking goals. Some focus areas include but are not limited to:

- Reframing your mindset about public speaking

- Getting out of your head/judgement zone to stop the internal swirling

- Breathing & pre-speech warm-up routine to strengthen your voice

- Letting go of perfection and embracing mistakes that come up

- Sharing your stories in an effective way and/or coming up with stories quickly off the cuff

- Thinking quickly when put on the spot, such as for a Q&A session

- Vocal variety

- Trusting yourself and your skills more on stage

You will leave the coaching session feeling lighter, more excited, and ready to own and dominate your next speaking engagement.

Improvly Speaking Coaching sessions run for 60 minutes on Zoom and can be purchased in 1-, 3-, 6-, and 10-session packages. Pricing starts at $150/session, and the more sessions purchased, the better deal you get. Chamber Members get 20% off any package!
