Join Bryan Holladay for a conversation with North Carolina State Senator Woodson Bradley, a first‑year senator from Mecklenburg County. They will talk about her experience as a first year Senator and will explore the workings of the legislative process. Topics will cover passing the Transit Tax legislation, her favorite bill this session, and how the state is managing to function without a budget.
The Public Policy Committee is Local Politics for Non-Political People – it is a great place to learn, be social, and become engaged.

Woodson Bradley

Woodson Bradley is a freshman Senator representing North Carolina’s 42nd Senate District, situated in the Southeastern part of Mecklenburg County. In her first term in the North Carolina Senate, Senator Bradley draws upon her diverse experiences as a business owner, community advocate, and volunteer to inform her work on critical issues including education, public safety, and economic development.
