Schneider and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC)—to support deep, sustainable transformation.
Cassandra Moore is an ICF Credentialed Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). Her coaching approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins from within. Through her proprietary three-step ACT Framework, Cassandra guides clients through a process of discovery, clarity, and action:

I knew my life was destined for a special purpose when I was called into the field of Human Resources (HR). My career did not follow the traditional trajectory. In fact, my career in HR was unique in that I was “recruited” into HR by senior corporate executive leaders who took the time to invest in my development. These leaders saw something in me that I did not see in myself. I credit my success to the dynamic leaders I’ve worked for as well as the hard work, commitment and the passion I have for paying it forward. I am referred to as the Motivational Leader of the Human Capital movement. It’s a movement dedicated to helping people GROW, pursue their passions and feel a greater sense of purpose.
Although my HR leadership experience includes talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, career and change management, the majority of my work in HR centered around coaching. I quickly realized this to be my true passion and reason for being. During my career, I’ve had the privilege and honor to coach some of best leaders in the Telecommunications, e-Commerce Technology, and Retail industries. Supporting leaders through some of the most positive and challenging employee relation matters gave me the greatest fulfillment. From C-Suite to frontline employees, I was able to share my gift of coaching with all who strived to be better versions of themselves. I am grateful to have touched the lives of many individuals.
I believe there is a reason behind every life-changing event. In December 2017 my 20-year HR career came to an expected conclusion. I was laid off and found myself at a desired crossroad. Hence, my journey to pursue my true passion ultimately led to a conscious decision—to further develop and hone my coaching skills. I became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), both certifications obtained from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I’m also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, the accrediting body of the coaching industry. I’ve arrived at my destination–I have found my purpose!
Making a difference matters and I am able to do this by providing transformational core energy coaching designed to liberate my clients from self-imposed limiting beliefs. My goal is to address the needs of the underserved or anyone who is uncomfortable in the current climate with the choices afforded to them.
