E-Blast Publication: Regularly publish electronic bulletins (e-blasts) for effective communication and updates.
Access Management: Ensure that Board Members and relevant personnel have appropriate access levels according to their positions.
Document Library Management: Efficiently add and organize documents in the Document Library for easy access and reference.
Technical Procedure Documentation: Write and maintain clear, detailed technical procedures to guide users and team members.
Website Content Management: Evaluate and update the website layout, add photos, and copy to the Home page. Ensure content is current and engaging.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and recommend improvements for the website to enhance user experience and functionality.
