Napa Bistro & Wine Bar, the third concept by Jeff and Paula Conway of the Conway Restaurant Group, opened in December 2024 at StoneCrest at Piper Glen in Charlotte, NC. Following the success of Napa on Providence (2012) and Napa at Kingsley in Fort Mill (2019), this new 7,000-square-foot venue occupies the former Cantina 1511 space. Drawing inspiration from California's wine country, it features a selection of fresh, made-from-scratch small plates and hearty entrées, complemented by over 100 wines.
