Richard Andrews
Senior Developer
Richard Andrews is the Senior Developer. He was originally born in Cook Forest, Pennsylvania, and moved to North Carolina when he was young. Richard graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and two Associate degrees.
Travis Davis
Backend Developer
Travis is the backend WordPress developer. He was born in Danville, VA, but has been living in Charlotte, NC since 2005. Travis graduated from The Art Institute of Charlotte in 2013. As someone who has worked with WordPress throughout his career, he brings 5+ years of development knowledge. He strives to build dynamic, scalable code and keeping up with current technologies.
Nick DeLorenzo
Chief Innovation Officer
Nick DeLorenzo is the Chief Innovation Officer. He has over a decade of experience in the news media & publishing industries, with a background in web development, programming, platform integration, and digital strategy. Nick's web development work has been widely recognized, with nearly two dozen awards from various organizations, and includes EPPY, W3, and America East awards in various categories including Best Website, Best Mobile Presence, and Best Use of Technology.
Zach Hartley
Technical Support Specialist
Zach grew up in Maine and moved to North Carolina 7 years ago and started pursuing a career in technology in 2018. He recently moved to Mooresville and found a home with MIDTC on the technical support team. He has experience with Customer service, technical support, system administration, SaaS and holds an AS in Computer Science and is pursuing a BS in Cybersecurity.
Zach is a proud father of a two-year-old daughter, and she is his world. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, powerlifting, and exploring all that NC has to offer.
James Herrick
Senior Customer Success Engineer
As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, James provides technical support and guidance to clients across various industries on behalf of MIDTC, addressing complex needs and tailoring solutions to meet specific requirements. He acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Additionally, he may be involved in projects to improve the overall customer experience, leveraging his gained customer background, and experience as a co-founder of a successful cryptocurrency start-up. In his leisure time, James enjoys spending quality time with his family, particularly his wife, and cherishes the time he gets to spend behind the wheel.
Kyle Jernigan
UI/UX Designer
Kyle is the UI/UX Designer. He was born in Oklahoma City, OK but has called Wilmington, North Carolina his home for over 10 years. Kyle graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a concentration in Web & Mobile Programming. As someone who has created various mediums of art, Kyle is detail-focused and strives for simplicity and elegance in the designs he creates. Having worked as a Historic Preservation Apprentice during college, he brings a unique eye to the UI/UX designer role!
James Mackey Sr.
VP of Technology
James lives in Union NJ and has over 25 years of Technology Leadership experience with the last 15 years focusing on the Digital Media sector. James has led the digital transformation of several media organizations, focusing on process operations redesign, optimization and Helpdesk, Change Management, and IT Infrastructure and Data Center Operations.
In his spare time, James serves as his family's Uber driver running all over NJ to track meets and jiujitsu competitions and back and forth up and down the NJ turnpike.

Founded MIDTC, LLC. in April 2016. Since then, MIDTC has added dozens of new clients across various industries. Mok has technology advancements involving software
platforms, helpdesk services, web years of experience leading technology advancements involving software platforms, helpdesk services, web development & overall IT consulting. In every effort, Mok has been able to improve the performance and reliability of complex technology processes and platforms, while driving revenues and saving significant expenses.Greg Osberg

Li Pan
Frontend Developer
Li is the Front-End developer in MIDTC, LCC. She always aims to build user-centric websites. She moved to NY city in 2012. Later she graduated from New York City College of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. In 2020, she moved to NC and started her career.
She also likes making Samsung phone themes during her spare time. So far, she has ascertained over a million phone theme downloads in the Samsung Galaxy Themes store.
Chase Ratliff
Software Developer
Chase Ratliff is a Software engineer who went to North Carolina State University receiving a Bachelors in Mechatronics Engineering and Computer Science. He brings multiple different skill sets to the team including algorithm development and code optimization in multiple different languages along with front-end development.
Juwan Satchell
Senior Systems Administrator
Juwan is a Husband and a father of 3. He was born in Washington DC and has lived in Charlotte for 10 years. He is an extremely hardworking, detailed, and dedicated individual who is an avid problem solver. A fun fact about him is that he is also a CompTIA Certified Professional & CompTIA Certified Support Specialist. He is a very bright individual who is big on customer service, customer relations & client services. He has worked in customer service for 6 years and has been CompTIA Certified for 2 years!
Cody Tucker
Creative Services Director
Cody Tucker is the Creative Services Director. He has over a decade of experience in the news media industry, with a background in graphic design, digital media, and web design. His focus is to manage programmatic advertising partners for our clients.
He also oversees the initial design process of our digital products. He received recognition from CenturyLink for the most creative website design in 2009 and the best overlay ad by Ink Barrell Video Network in 2012. Cody is also a W3 Schools Certified JavaScript Developer.Nate Vorrie
Chief Operations Officer
Nate Vorrie is the Chief Operations Officer at MIDTC. He spent 7 years trading various commodities and managing the development of high-frequency trading algorithms in Chicago.
Nate is originally from lowa and graduated from the University of lowa with Bachelor's degrees in both Finance and Economics.
