Residential Services include new home construction, renovations, and additions. Urban Multi-Family Development

This multi-family build-out, The Oliver, comprises three 4-story apartment buildings and 222 units. Luxury amenities include a salt-water pool, gated pet park, fitness center, community clubhouse and private gated parking with EV charging stations. Notably, this project is located just one block from the Tom Hunter light-rail station and was the first multi-family building in Charlotte designed under the city’s new Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) guidelines.

Self-Storage Facility

Completed a four-story, 88,000 SF self-storage facility for CubeSmart in Stamford, CT. The project included 906 climate-controlled units and lockers and addressed challenging site conditions: non-compliant urban fill soils, a tidal water table, and a helical-pile foundation system to minimize off-site disposal of hazardous soils. This level of complexity demonstrates our capability in handling demanding commercial construction assignments.
