Insite seeks to acquire small bay office, industrial and medical office properties that are well located, single or multi-tenant and stable or opportunistic investments.
Insite acquires investment properties for its own portfolio through joint venture partnerships with institutional and family office capital. Insite also represents several separate account investor clients for whom it serves in an investment brokerage and advisory capacity.
Brokerage
We offer a full array of traditional brokerage services from third-party project leasing and tenant representation to the acquisition or disposition of investment properties.
