701 East Trade (CLT1) is a carrier-neutral data center and Meet-Me-Room (MMR) located in the Carolinas’ most connected telecommunications hub. The facility offers flexible solutions ranging from single cabinets with true 2N power and N+1 cooling to dedicated suites, with multiple diverse network points of entry.
CLT1 features an on-site meet-me room for seamless interconnection and access to a robust ecosystem of fiber and IP service providers within the building. As the home of the North Carolina Internet Exchange (NC-IX), the facility delivers high security along with stable, resilient interconnection capabilities designed to support mission-critical infrastructure.
