Tish Atkins

Pro-Tint
Co-Chair

Tish serves as the Business Development Manager for Pro-Tint, a solution based business providing specialty window film for residential homes, commercial buildings, and the automotive and motorsports sectors.  Pro-Tint launched 35 years ago and is proud of its exceptional customer service, quality products, and its position as an industry leader.

Prior to joining Pro-Tint in February 2021, Tish served as an Executive Show Manager for Southern Shows for almost 23 years.  She spent time in the Women’s Show Division overseeing the Southern Women’s Show Charlotte and Richmond. She provided the Internal Communications for the Department and oversaw the bi-annual company meetings. She has served on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Charlotte and The Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte.

Tish is married to her husband Jim They enjoy traveling, reading, volunteering, cooking, sports, and wine tastings.

Melinda Rae Schmidt

Melinda Rae Schmidt leads her consulting company, MR Consulting, as the Creative Growth Strategist. With over two decades of experience in marketing, Melinda dedicates herself to supporting small businesses by encouraging them to volunteer with the Chamber. Melinda's conscientiousness of her clients and fellow Chamber Members is pivotal to the Chamber's mission.

As founder of MR Consulting, Melinda has helped various clients and shaped her organization into a successful, multi-dollar marketing and branding team. With her strategic vision and commitment to various community initiatives, Melinda has been an invaluable asset to the Ambassadors Committee.

Melinda volunteers on the Ambassador Committee because she is devoted to advocating for small businesses grow and succeed in the community. As a founder herself, she has made it her responsibility to find out the marketing solutions that helps businesses grow, which is evident in her volunteering experience.

Heathir McElroy

Heathir McElroy is dedicated to fostering strong human relationships as a connector, mentor, guide, and speaker. 

Heathir is the CEO of Momentor, where she offers guidance and support to people leaders (those leading at home as parents, and in the workplace.) Her expertise lies in mentoring and modeling skills that promote emotional intelligence, non-violent communication, and neuroplasticity, aiming to create a positive and transformative impact on human relationships.

Hello! My Name is Allen Viancourt, I am the Business Development Manager at Network Essentials! We work closley with local companies all things regarding their technology- from our Help desk, Network monitoring and behind the scenes updates, to protecting you from cybersecurity threats, we are your full Service IT department! 


I work closely with the Chamber on their Ambassadors Committee, helping new members get acquainted and involved in the chamber.

Corree is from Greensboro, NC but has called Rock Hill, SC home for 19 years. Corree and her husband, Andre are the proud parents of 3 children. Corree is a connector and enjoys building relationships and introducing businesses to BNI. Corree is highly active in the community.

Hannah Davis

Uptown Funk Tour

Hannah builds arts audiences. With a Master’s from UNC Charlotte, she specializes in connecting people to rich cultural experiences. In 2020, she launched Queen City Culture Vultures, a Meetup group that has grown to over 4,200 members—now the largest independent community of local arts enthusiasts in the U.S.

Shifting from locals to visitors, she created the Uptown Funk Tour—a one-hour, one-mile guided loop showcasing Charlotte’s history, art, sports, and culture. In its first year, the tour became a profitable, 5-star-rated first stop for visitors.

She’s developed proprietary best practices in arts audience development and destination marketing, which she now plans to promote nationally.

Stacy Gatto is a seasoned professional in the senior housing industry, boasting nearly three decades of experience dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults. Originating her career in Ohio, Stacy made the pivotal move to Charlotte, NC, in 1998, where her journey began as an activity director before swiftly advancing to roles such as sales and admissions director. Her trajectory culminated in assuming the role of administrator, a position she embraced with dedication and passion.

During her 11-year tenure with a Charlotte-based senior living company, Stacy's leadership flourished, propelling her into the role of Executive Director and subsequently, regional director. This pivotal phase in her career provided the framework for future growth and impact within the industry.

Approximately a decade ago, Stacy embarked on a new venture, joining a company new to Charlotte as an Executive Director tasked with spearheading the development of a community from its inception to enduring success. Her instrumental role in overseeing the community's evolution from construction to full operation stands as a testament to her leadership and vision.

In her most recent role with a national senior housing provider, Stacy specialized in launching new communities and rejuvenating existing ones, showcasing her expertise and commitment to excellence. Additionally, she dedicated 18 years to serving as an Instructor for the North Carolina Assisted Living Administrator certification program, guiding, and mentoring over five hundred students through the program.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Stacy holds a BA in Psychology from Wright State University and resides in Pineville, NC, with her two remarkable children, Tyler (16) and Avery (13). Together, they share a passion for travel, amusement parks, and baseball. Stacy also prioritizes her personal well-being, maintaining a healthy lifestyle through activities such as running, circuit training, and sharing her love for dance as a certified Zumba Instructor.

Excited to bring her wealth of experience and expertise to The Village on Morehead team, Stacy holds firm in her belief that the community has the potential to become the premier destination for senior living in Charlotte. She eagerly anticipates the opportunities ahead and looks forward to meeting everyone soon.
