His study revealed some surprising results which he’ll share during this members-only, Entrepreneur Forum event on Monday, August 17th at 11 am.

Tim McCleary is the managing director of The Involvement Practice, a change activation firm that specializing in organizational culture. Tim and his team of 15 involvers operate from offices across the U.S., Toronto and London, with a main office in Charlotte. Over the past 13 years, they have used employee involvement to impact positive culture change at companies such as Heineken, Coke, Amazon and The Home Depot.
