Take a breath of renewal with us during Mental Health Awareness Month at RenuYou Wellness Center of Charlotte. This important and special month gives recognition to and raises awareness about mental wellness. Each year, 1 in 5 women in the United States experience a mental health condition that often goes undiagnosed and untreated. Some mental health conditions are more common in women than men, including depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. There are also disorders unique only to women, such as mental health conditions caused by hormone changes.

Giving women the support system, tools, and resources to help them recognize and improve mental wellness is the first step in helping them improve this extremely important part of their overall health. Renu You Wellness Center of Charlotte offers a holistic approach to improving mental wellness. Their team of experienced mental wellness professionals works with clients to improve their mood, focus, cognitive abilities, and peak performance through noninvasive personalized treatments. Their Core Therapy Offerings include (QEEG) Brain Mapping, Neurofeedback, Red Light Therapy, and Talk Therapy.

Sara is a compassionate and dedicated individual who has always been passionate about helping others. After completing her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in obtaining a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to support those in need further. Throughout her studies, Sara gained invaluable knowledge and skills that have equipped her to effectively support and guide her clients. Before launching RenuYou Charlotte, Sara gained valuable experience working at an inpatient and outpatient mental health facility, where she positively impacted the lives of many.


RenuYou Charlotte is a wellness clinic dedicated to treating clients by providing outcome-oriented, drug-free holistic solutions. The services offered are Red Light Therapy, Talk Therapy (traditional counseling), Neurofeedback Therapy, and Group Therapy.


Sara's passion for helping others shines through in everything she does, and she is truly grateful for the opportunity to positively impact the lives of those she works with. She feels privileged to walk alongside her clients on their journey towards healing and growth, and she looks forward to continuing to empower others to live their best lives.

A Secret Garden

Through A Secret Garden, Chantelle Sauls brings awareness to the mind, body, and spiritual connection as it relates to self-including self-love, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. This is accomplished through workshops, classes, and seminars. Chantelle is passionate about helping women make their mental health a priority and explores topics like emotional intelligence, dynamic mindfulness, learning how to deactivate the stress response, and stress management, just to name a few. She also explores the metaphysical aspect of self-care, offering guidance through Reiki and other spiritual modalities.


With certifications in Yoga, Reiki, Dynamic Mindfulness, and Divinely Guided Healing, and spiritual coaching, Chantelle Sauls teaches different techniques for deactivating the stress response. She works with individuals and corporations, adapting these practices and her workshops for personal or team use.
